Maistro was founded in 2023 after extensive research (lots of late-night chats with restaurant managers after a few pints) led us to the conclusion that the tech stack was a mess and needed fixing.

First, the tools.

The first two years of the company were spent building the full stack of tools our customers needed—pulling all their data into one central hub so owners could analyse it. What we didn’t predict was… DATA PARALYSIS

…and then AI appeared like manna from heaven. We responded—boy, did we respond. We sold our souls to our new AI overlords and, in return, became the most progressive company in our industry when it comes to AI. Honestly, it felt like a fair trade.
